What does MQ ATTEMPTED / MQ FAILED/PASSED mean ?

I don't really see how you don't understand. It's pretty self-explanatory.

Master Quests Attempted - This is how many Master Quests you have attempted.
Master Quests Failed - This is how many times you have failed your Master Quest.
Master Quests Passed - This is how many times you have passed your Master Quest.

*The Master Quest can be attempted at level 71 (and any time after that as well).
