what char is the best in pvp.

all depends on gear, i think for high levels a right set up mage or warlock would win, but lower levels melee got for sure, but u can get godly melee build to duel other melees

What can beat that??

Just find a stick with some EE and Hm or Int and your all set. Just whack your enemy slowly to death.

Actually, mage for low lvls is better than mellee imo, due to charms high damage you can kill your enemies pretty fast, but you gotta have quite a lot of life so you dont get 1 hitted.
For higher levels all depends on gear...
A mage might hit 1ks+ consistently but a mellee char can take some damage and 1hit the mages with crits.
