what kind of items should i go for and where should i put my stats
i want to continue to use swords but i dont know what stats i should be using on any of my items so anything you can tell me would be very much appreciated

Which Core do you play?

Here is my advise:

Use items Which gives u +dex (and + critical strike as optional) because with dex u increase the chance to hit crits and the maximal dmg of crits.. and since swords have nice max dmg they have high crits..

make sure u have like 120str with gear and th rest (should be 150+) in dex

if u dont have so many itmes which gives u that much dex u better do some points in dex then in str so u reach at least 130dex on 55

For Playing Solo u can also get LifeSteal items which will keep u alive
