Building a welling mage, only using for welling lvl 40 whites and up. My melee can handle 1-35 with ease.

Here are my questions:

Using only Ice Charms levels 40-55...
What should be the minimum EE for each of those 4 charms to be successful?

What should the minimum + Int on the robe and staff be in order to succeed?
I don't want to die everytime because I run out of mana, or my charm isn't attacking well enough.

What should the minimum EE of my heal charm be and what level is decent enough to use from 55 and on.
I know I won't have that much life, so I don't need something gozu, at least I don't think I will.

Fellow casters, let me know what works for you, and what doesn't work.

30+int on armor + weapon

the key to highly successful welling is the heal charm i recommend 140+ee lvl 50+

and for attack charms also recommend 120+ee although the higher the better
