is it the same as muting @ high lvl?

great items were muted on level 1 as well, so it is generally possible for sure.
but seeing so many awesome mutes in the higher levels especially 75+ leads me to the opinion that all in all it is more efficient to mute in this area.

advantages you have on a high level char are especially cheaper/better magic luck gear and extra item slot gear
and that you are able to well the stuff you find usually on the same char where you are going to mute.

but still, although the chances for good items are increased a lot generally now,
you need much luck to find/mute decent stuff no matter when you do it and numbers are treacherous, so you can never calculate or plan to mute something big,
you can just try to increase your chance by a huge amount of attempts for welling, muting and also just killing monsters.

i'll just get some magic luck items and mute on my 75 then, i was doing it on a lvl 1 =P.
