Then you'd prolly want to do rogue caster, basically the same as mage except you can wear more items for this char ~ which means that you can get cheaper int gear

As for stats everything goes to int, and your basically looking for 40+ Int weap and armor at L55 and at least 120+ EE Offensive charm, and a good heal charm.

You can melee for the first 30 or 40 levels which is sometimes easier
