Is this a good plan for levelling to MQ on my fighter?

Change swords every 10 levels, 120-150 ee on them
Lvl 25 armor with 40 dex
Lvl 25 charm with 40 dex

Will I be fine with just dex mods or will I die too much?

ALSO

Is it possible to play ladder slasher without being in a guild? Or if I leave my guild will my characters be deleted?

Yeah that set-up should get you to mq well. You wouldn't die a lot because of the dex also just watch out though sometimes.

and you can play ls with or without a guild, the chars do not get deleted - however once you do a mq the guild points just go nowhere I believe
