so how do you get those sexy unspawnable stats on items such as +1 to 200 life per kill or mana per kill or other sexy items if by unspawnable does it mean it can only be muted or welled as well?

Items like that do not spawn in the game anymore, so the only way to get them would be to bid on one that is ft if you're lucky enough to find somone selling one

but with ladder resets does the item not dissapear? or am i missing something?
