i just got jacked outa 3.75 FG FOR NOTHING IN RETURN UBER HAX

any one care to explain what this is? is it where i put a item up for sale on the MP and the fee is taken out before the item is sold? because i put up a charm for 75 fg and then it took this out i think not sure though

When you put an item on the MP for 20 or more, you'll be pre-paying 5% of the price as the fee.
If you place an item on the MP for less than 20, the fee will be taken when someone buys the item.
