the difference is the minimum and maximum healing numbers for each charm.

Wild heal: Small minimum heal, high maximum heal. huge difference => uncontrollable, but powerful with some luck
Heal: higher minimum heal, not so high maximum heal. medium difference => rather controllable, the medium path
Focused Heal: higher minimum heal, medium maximum heal. small difference => very controllable, but much lower maximum rates.

its the same as with weapons or the offensive charms, the average healing rate at the end of the day will be about the same with any of them,
but in the single combats there will be differences especially with the wild heal.

focused heals are quite popular these days since you can control the heal amount better and plan the next rounds.
it can be very annoying to heal just for very low rates with a wild heal when you desperately need life or you heal 800+ life when you just need 200.
but with a bit of luck, you can heal your full life pool with only 2 or 3 heals for which you would need the double or triple amount with a focused heal.

as a mage you do not have to fill such a big life pool anyway, so the focused heal is quite nice certainly.
but usually they are much more expensive than the other types, wild heals probably are the cheapest of the 3.
