also welling at the high levels (75+) would be easier than welling at 65?

armor: 35+ int for wells , 30+ heal master for catas
charm=120+ee ice(best), 100+ee heal charm


when u start, i would put the first 10 points into vita

Cant well with your gear, and yeh its easier at 75 than 65 i think
