Things I don't know: Is a minimum char-lvl (or anything else) required to get certain stats? Is the probability of a good mute higher with a higher char-lvl/whatsoever? Is anything at all making a difference on the turnout of a transmutation? Would be awesome if someone could help me out here

Hi mate as usually love to say about transmutation here in ladder we have 2 different schools:

1) Many guys believe that for get good stats you must use for mute a char with 71 levels or more and with also good magic luck (no one can say if magic luck affects transmutations)

2) Other guys belive instead that also a character with level 1 without magic luck can get godly items also without using magic luck items.


Here my personal experience i have mute good items at high level, but also a level 1 i was able to get items with high stats, so i think magic luck and levels can do something but the real difference into transmutation is your personal luck of guy! ^^

no differnce... they have same equal chance to get max stats on the item lvl.

yes, there was a thread about this many times and i do believe it was confirmed... everyone thinks differnt. but it doesnt matter either way they wanna do it. someone has gotten 200ee items on a lvl 1 char... same with 71
