Anyone who had one sofar, could tell me how good is it? I am HC player, so dont even think bout 100+ee charms, etc ^^

I'm playing with one right now, ofc you would have to melee up to about level 35 - 40+ then you would start casting. And since your hardcore ofc some vit points. As for the effectiveness I'm using not the best int gear [only aboug 20+ armor and weap]

and a 133Ee L30 Earth charm. I get about 2-3 kills per regen and my mana is about 2k only. It takes awhile to level up but I guess it's alright

It'll be kinda hard and time-consuming if you start at 35. Unless you have a crazy caster charm and very nice int gear [which you said your prolly not going to get] you'll only have maybe 1300 mana, which is only about 2 monsters per regen. Remember this is a full int build, your going to have to put some points to vit first since its hc, which makes your mana even less at 35 then. So it's up to you, if you like grinding then its the way to go
