I need a Melee build for samurai... I don't know what to put points in to or anything. Thank you.

i always shoot for about 120 dex (wearing my lvl 55 gear)
and drop the rest into str

for hardcore its always a good idea to put the first 10 into vita

I put my first 10 into strength... should I reroll and go dex or just go all dex from now on?

No cause if you have some dext items you can reach 120 or 110 dext, so you can reach good dext amount also if you put first 10 points into strenght ^^
