im lvl 31 and was wondering if i need dex gear yet or do i need to put points in vit cas ive been all str sence lvl 1

since you're using axes, dont worry about getting dex gear for your barb, just worry about getting a high defence +strength armor, and a high +strength charm.
adding points into vitality now would be a bit of a waste, so keep pumping your strength.
