I am fairly new to LS and I would like to know if making him pure strength is good except for 5 of the beginning points into vit.I also would like to know what type of armor and charm to use. idk if i should use a high str armor, high ee armor, or high life armor. If you have any other tips they would be appreciated i also don't want to spend TONS of fg because i also play WoW, RS, and D2

a str armor would be very helpful if ur planning to solo alot, tank barbs uses ee to take the dmg in the cata, yet the can also take dmg during welling/arena. the more str u have the more dmg u have, here's a basic guide for new slashers: http://forums.d2jsp.org/index.php?showtopic=23010118&f=272,

try to stick with the chain/plate mail rather then a robe to reduce/tank the dmg, the charm= the more str the better to get the most dmg u can get


this is my build for a barb which includes dex, really recommended for users who have good gears (weapons)

initiative points (+10): 5vit/5dex

1-31: all str

32-55: all dex

55+: all str

gears: weapon the higher ee the better
armor: +str (30+ recmmended)
charm: +dex (30+ recommended)
