Depends on what you want to do with it what you should stat.
I only do catacombs, so I go all int. This is because my heals only cost 135, but heal 700-800, so it's obviously more of an advantage to add to int so you can get more mana, giving you more heals, giving you, in a sense, more life. You already have enough vita, and your int makes you a better tanker than pretty much any barb, because you take much less damage from caster monsters. And everyone else does the killing, so I don't need any dex or strength.
If you're trying to solo or well... I'd say start out adding int, first 50 maybe, then add str. I've never actually tested this myself, but other people I've seen using this have done well soloing and welling--or at least they say they have. I don't really think this would work too well without great clubs and a great heal charm.
