What's the best build for rod farming? I've heard guardians but i don't know. Link to a guide would be nice please.

I have spent 2-3fg for my gear and i can make complete maze catacombs easy . Did almost 5k kills , but still havent found a rod .

That is what i used. i made my guy for an extremely little amount of fg. i only did 2 runs with him and found a splintered. but in that thread many people have found them. build works very good.

just any 40+ee weapon
and then really it doesn't matter what else you use
I like 200+life armor and charm since it's cata but for just farming items to shrine I use life per attack

I might try a +life setup, currently im using +mana on my charm, plain high ee armor, and a high 30's ee club. Works pretty good, but I could use a little more damage and life maybe.

My first run i found 1 rod + 25 dur...2nd run found a plain rod..and the 3rd run found nothing...so far 2/3 times i have found one

I have found only 2 splintered rods until now ...

i have found a few more Higher lvl ones also but that was in Higher lvl maze
