I am iso advices.
At level 45, my samu has 100 dex , 134 str, none vita and ofc none int
- 5 basis dext + 45 from charm
- 40 from armor + rest points in str
- mq sword

Precise mq items stats :

Mystical tempered diamond sword
Level Req: 45
Damage: 60 to 601

+119% Enhanced Effect
+1 Life Regen
+1% Physical Damage Reduction


Rare tempered leather armor
Level Req: 45
Defense: 17 to 52

+40 Strength
+3% Armor Pierce


Rare wind XI
Level Req: 40
Spell Damage: 23 to 103
Mana Cost: 105

+45 Dexterity
+1% Magical Damage Reduction


I plan to stat all my points in str till my mq.
Is 100dex/ rest str the best combo for my melee samurai?
Should i stat more dex ( if yes, how much more ? ) ? or, on the contrary less dext.

the general consensus is that ~120 dex is the way to go
ive been trying different numbers in dex and i havent noticed any diff really between 120 and 130 this run

Ok, so i may try a 120 Dex climb after the next MQ
But i will surely upgrade my armor so as to get a medium str all the same.

i went 120 on my last climb and it worked out well.
more then 120, i think its a waste

Maybe try to get some life steal help, if you can try to reach 9 or more % life steal this really help at high levels.

And as samurai try to use always heavy armor instead medium type, because extra def of heavy armor sometimes make difference ^^

mm yea 120 should be enough, i have a sami that i use that can reach 175dex with a dex armor, not useful at all, i just stick with str meaning more dmg

my build is wierd so as long as u get there, i just manage my points where it helps me the most
