1.Introduction
This character was started September-18th-2008
This character reached level 52 September-25th-2008
I started with 3 fg when i made this character and i only spent what i made after the first 3 fg was spent.
Stats of a fighter
The stats a fighter starts with are:
50 Strength
40 Dexterity
10 Intelligence
50 Vitality
Where to put your starting stats and stats after you level
I decided to put my first 10 points into vitality, when you put the 10 points into vitality it gives you 20 more life, 10 more life per level and some extra armor. (When you hit 71 that will be 720 extra life if i added it correctly)
After the first 10 to vitality i put every other point i earned into dexterity for higher %chance to do a critical.
2.Items
Little bit of information
The items section will be in great detail with EVERYTHING I bought and EVERYTHING I sold with how much i spent and how much i made to give you an idea of how i got to master quest level 52.
Pick up every magical + item to shrine for more life so you can keep on slashing.
Try sticking with 1 or 2 types of weapons, proficiency will give you a bit of extra enhanced effect so you don't want to be using every different weapon in the game.
I did not make up the prices items sold for or what i bought them for, this is exactly what i sold them for, exactly what i paid for them, and exactly what i found that was useful.
When buying your first weapon here's something you don't want to do - Do NOT get a rusted, copper, splintered, or a pine weapon.
Do NOT get a weapon that a fighter cannot use.
Types of items you want to get
Weapons - For the first few levels you want to use items with EE (Enhanced Effect) low level weapons aren't too expensive and you can get them with a bit of EE. As i got to higher levels (20+) i found that there wasn't many weapons to choose from and if there was, not many had ee so you might have to settle for plains like i did.
Armors - You want to use the highest defence armor you can (Should be a platemail) armors with dexterity or strength are expensive on the market and if they aren't they are low defence, so i suggest you use what you find then as you level you can buy a plain high level plate mail to wear for the defence.
Charms - You want to get any charm with some dexterity or some strength, there isn't many strength or dexterity charms on the market so go with what you find, strength at earlier levels and dexterity at higher levels if you have a choice.

What i bought/sold for level 1-25
This list is from my goldlogs so it's the order in what i bought and sold so you can get an idea of how much fg i had at which point.
Started with 3 fg = 3 fg

Sold Item .95 fg = 95 fg
Sold Item 7.6 fg = 8.55 fg

Spent 2 fg = 5.05 fg
Sold Item .95 fg = 6 fg
Sold Item .95 fg = 6.95 fg
fg spent = 6.5 fg
fg made = 10.45 fg
fg after subtracting fg spent = 3.95 fg leftover

Sold Item 7.6 fg = 31.12 fg
Sold Item 2.85 fg = 33.97 fg
Sold Item 1.9 fg = 35.87 fg
Sold Item 9.5 fg = 45.37 fg
Sold Item 16.15 = 61.52 fg

Sold Item 9.5 fg = 53.02 fg
Sold Item 5.7 fg = 58.72 fg
Sold Item 7.6 fg = 66.32 fg
fg spent = 18 fg
fg made = 22.8 fg
fg after subtracting fg spent = 4.8 fg leftover
Total fg spent = 32.16 fg
Total fg made = 95.48 fg
Total fg after subtracting fg spent = 63.32 fg leftover
(minus the 3 fg i started off with and then you have where i left off at level 52).
Even though i didn't make it to mq i was close and i still had plenty of fg to spend on items to mq with, i plan on retrying this whole thing and starting over with 3 fg again, but this is it for now.
