i saw you are playing softcore.
is this a melee rogue or rogue caster?
how much are you willing to spend for the char?
if it is a caster and you have good equipment, you can go all int without any problems.
if the equipment is not that good, you may put 1-10 points into vita, but if you can afford a heal charm,
rather use the all int path and heal your life during combats with the extra mana you gain this way.
as melee, try to reach 120-130 dex and put the rest into strength.
again, if you have good gear, you should mainly go for dex and the rest strength or the other way round.
this depends on your gear. if you can gain 1 stat type from the items, gain the other via stat points you set.
but putting the first 5-10 points into vita can save you from critical hit deaths in several cases, so they will certainly not be wasted.
