Wich runes is it to upp a rare "normal" classed item to exeptional, and does the LVL req change if i upp something?. Thx 4 help! smile.gif

From arreat summit: 1 Ort Rune + 1 Amn Rune + 1 Perfect Sapphire + Normal (Basic) Rare Weapon = Exceptional Rare Weapon

And yes , the level req is upped too unfortunately.
