Would this set-up be good enough to do well monsters at levels 55+ [Up to level 71] I'm using a rouge caster by the way, with all int stats

you should have no problem doing about 80-90% well success using this setup up until lvl 65. after that you may drop to 75%ish, but thats still not bad.

this should work fine in most of the cases

very good but if u want to increase your success rate by a fair bit i suggest improving your heal charm

Yeah I was iso of a heal charm for a while now, but no one offered or posted. I think they need their heal charms right now or something

heal charms are popular right now aren't they

that's ok tho it will be only the fiercest and most stable assault that would be a problem.

rest is very nice indeed you should do well at welling

edit: also your light charm can be rly irritating if it decides to play up and hit the mob with the scary crits for nothing
i prefer fire, earth and ice for wells but it is personal preference mostly. some of my friends love light and wind.

Yeah I prefer Earth Ice Light but when I was buying it I had only about 1.3k Fg and I bought that charm for 1k so I thought it was a good deal something that I could invest into. But of course once I get more rich I will invest in a better earth or ice charm
