I sell random stuff on hardcore often. It's not big money but you can make 10-20 fg a day fairly easy if you try.

i have 5 mules on hc and i make about 300 per week from it if i restock every day

a good one would be a barb... very good damage.. alot of hp.... and fast exping. my barb lvl 41 with 130 str and 3.6k hp. Damage is 30-340

Should answer your question about how to make fg. It may not be fast, you may end up catching bad deals, but if you have a good eye, this may be a good way.

I suck at doing that though.
