Yeah I have a barbarian, if I was to get +strength modded items, approx how much damage is added per strength point?

No.

1 point of strength is equal to a 0.95% extra damage on perm damage.

The more base damage you have, the higher damage strength will add.

I.e. strength adds more damage on a 100ee weapon, than on a clean weapon of the same level.
