I'd go with 80 vitality, then dex untill 120 and the rest in strength on hc smile.gif

that all depends on your gear that is you go so high with vitailty

if you got good EE weapon *sword or dagger*
and good dex or strength armor or both on each

you can just get to 120 dex with your gear and rest strength
