Everything was OK till now but now I cant even do 3 monsters in a row in arena anymore...

What should i change?

What I would do is.... Get a new charm, both for your main and a new healing charm.
The int gear is good enough for atleast 35+, then you should get better int gear.

However..
You can easily go higher with that charm.
It will just take you alot less time to get higher, with a better charm.

I see...

By the way one more question... the charm doesnt add to my health points somehow and it has 30 vitality

Vitality on items do not give you more health.
They give you additional defense.

Only adding stat points into vitality increases your total life.

Problem is that you have put too many stats in vita, a mage sould have max 30 vita and after you go all into int

all the extra vit is coming from the charm.

I always put 5 points into vit. Then all out INT.

You basically need to have ur lvl of charm until lvl 30
