Well i have all strength gear and have been putting all points into dex when leveling.

Ive heard that if you go all swords all your gear + points go into dex
Ive also heard that all points should go into dex and get all strength gear


if anyone knows what gear should you use on a sword barb strength gear or dex gear?
and also where do the points go into if all swords?

From what I hear, Str Gear and Stats in dex is the way to go for swords.

about 130 Dex ( with gear on ) rest Str

Edit. So pretty much if you have a Charm/Armor that gives Str, stat Dex and vice versa.

ive gone full on dex considering you allrdy have 60 str and 70vita i do believe and i go full on dex gear as well but thats just what i do

It all depends on the type of gear you can use.

If you have nice Dex Gear. Go All Str.

If you have Nice Str Gear. Go til about 75-120 dex.

I usually aim for 50-70 Dex then all str.

If you are going with a dex type build, just make a fighter. They are more suited for it.

every melee charater i make is 130 dex with gear
that makes me pure dex to like level 15

then after that at level 55 with gear ill have 130 dex
then i pump da rest into strength

alright so if i have all strength gear on a barbarian i didnt screw up if i used that strength gear and pumped the stat points into dex?
