Ideally, for fast climbing, what %EE should be targeted by item level?

I'm interested in looking at the following Types

Light Charms
Wild Heals

0 - % EE
5 - % EE
10 -% EE
15 -% EE
20 - % EE
25 - % EE
35 - % EE
45 - % EE
55 - % EE

Also, INT gear

What is ideal for Robes/Daggers?
25 -INT
35 - INT
45 - INT
55 - INT

Quick Note: I realize there are other factors and other stats that are important to consider on gear too, this is more so for me to get a high quality but note elite set of gear to climb with I'll upgrade again later once I better understand what I TRULY need.

The reason I didn't specify lower levels than 25 for Robes/Daggers is because I know in the beginning of climbing some advocate certain stats that aren't INT/EE for mages and some advocate melee for the early levels instead of mage and I haven't decided what I want to do, and when I do I'll need another post to clarify the specific stats I should be looking for during those levels.
