i put the first 10 in vitality but where do i put all the other points?

it depends on your gear if you start you should do it

then around 100-120 dext with your gear at lvl 60+
then all in STR

and try to keep a good balance between dext and str

so i save up my points for when im 60+?

keep putting stats into dext or str according to your stuff ( if you have dext gear, then put more into str )
and try to keep a good balance between those 2 all along
