btw the guy is speaking about the number or crits, and with sword you can't know when you do crits : if your sword has 40-400 dmg... if you hit for 350 for example it could be crit or normal hit.

All the same chance, just axes have lower crits but more constant.

that's what I think too.
Therefore all weapons are created equal!

The sort of weapon does not affect chances of making a critical strike. And yes, swords CAN hit higher crits, but they can also hit very low crits, I. e. only ~20 dmg over your normal dmg.

Axes are more consistent, and you will most likely be more aware of your crits, since they will hit a significant higher dmg than your normal dmg.

very nice for beginners, it actually gives them a direction to go. not just drop stats and start clicking. and its in simple enough detail
