damn as for tomorrow that out of the question have an aviionics midterm on tuesday morning early need the whole day to study as this test is not multiple choice but fill in the blank for the whole exam and complex circuits added as well
sorry tomorrow is a no go willing to do it tonight cause i have no interuptions at this present moment no one in the family to bother me for at least 5 hrs which the climb should be a max of 4 hrs at any rate of the ppl in the climb but climbs have been around 3 hrs avg time for 1-71.

still waiting for someone to climb with to actually give real feedback of this character.

Avionics Mid-term? That explains it. Your head is in the Clouds and this idea won't get off the ground. GL on your test...LOL

I actually had the pleasure speaking with Theo (Threesomes) for the first time tonight and he explained what & why he's making this topic.

I suggest giving him a shot on hearing out his explanation--he has some very valid points on his 'thinking out of the box' idea. What caught my attention the most was:

1) Way of creating budget healers for ppl to start out on as guardians.
2) Way of ppl to legitamately make a difference in a group with good slashers.

Biggest point to ponder: How much dmg is a 50ee weapon really going to do anyway? If you can have newcomers play as a healer, then they can free up say a warlock to do what they do best--dmg. The EES gear is simply there to keep shrines so they never run out of mana.

Regardless, give Threesomes a shot to list out his thoughts. He's got some interesting ideas and I believe it's worth a readover.
If you got some EES gear, list it out for example purposes for him.

so you need 20 equipment slots ++ just to hold shrines? and that's the basis behind the build?

I see where both sides of the arguement are coming from. The problem for me is the link posted by the OP shows 10+ EES gear, which is an absolute ton. how much of that high of EES+Heal stat items are there for trade? And is it really that cheap? Hopefully the guide will recommend lower amounts(~3+) with moderate heal stats for a balanced, cheap item.

Also this could be just a part of the guide even. I feel like the guide has potential, lets wait it out and see the finished product.

Here is a Guide for a Guardian healer to heal as a Newcomer:

1. 3 Points Salvation (level 0 - level 10) ... NO MORE NEEDED
2. Heal charms (not wild) should NOT have less than 50% enhanced effect.
3. Put Heal charms on Main slot from levels 0-55 if you do NOT have any Heal Mastery Charm 35% or over.
4. Weapon / Armor must have Minimum of 20% heal mastery on EACH.
5. When Purchasing Heal type charms.... in 10 bracket range... i.e. 0, 5, 15, 25, 35, 45 & 55
6. Tip: If you manage to get a level 45 heal type charm with 90-100%+ enhanced effect, this can be used upto MQ
7. Multiheal skill 9 points (3+9=12) = level 55 and from there you do what ever you want.
8. Intelligence as much as you can or pump first 10 points into Vitality if you are planning on being up front.

Tip to healing group:
Keep everyone over 2/3 life and learn to judge your Life vs damage taken... this way you can utilise your mana more.

EDIT: I have a guardian (level 32) on Hardcore solo'ing with level 15 Focus Heal (56% ee) and 200% charge up can give you 1.2k life returned.
Base Vita / Intelligence:
Pumped Strength Only:
200 avg heal solo'ing:
Made a mistake in taking TwoHitBack... should have been Doublestrike

i just don't get how this ends up helping the group in any way
if you're a guardian and your heal gear sucks - and you decide to stock up on EES to help your mana, your overall heal is going to suck anyway... it would probably be easier to have the melee folks pick up their own shrines then to wait for your crappy guardian

i'm not saying EES is useless, but 10 times out of 10 i would rather have someone who has very average heal gear rather than someone who has less than average gear with EES
overall, please don't pursue this and misguide new people into thinking this is a valid build

EES is a bonus mod, not a main mod

Just wanted to point out the fact that more than one 'shot' was given for threesomes to explain himself. (re: bolded sections)
The only reason I continued to post in this thread was the concern I had over what sort of effect this kind of information could have on a new player.
We should be teaching them how to maximize their effectiveness for the fg that they invest. This, in my eyes, does not equate with a focus on EES.
I don't care how many shrines a noob has in game with me, I would rather they play with an understanding of the game's mechanics in order to actually contribute something useful to the group.
Don't teach noobs that EES has to do with healing. In this version, it most definitely shouldn't be prioritized over HM/Int. Or am I wrong?
