+1 Experience per tick when in town. (you need 1,000,000 per level, iirc)

itll get quicker when ur at a higher lvl :)
but i think jubilance doesnt work when ur fishing so ull have to check which of those 2 options makes u lvl quicker.
other prob at high lvls is to find a +12 jubilance item also :P

i lvl'd him up to about 15 before switching to just jub. then at about lvl 30 or so muting started to give xp and it all changed. but from about lvl 15 its been 1 kill per lvl
