At level 30 imo it's not worth it to stat Vit now. Just try and grind it out or play some catas. Lesson learned for next climb though

its too late to get the extra you would have gotten from level one to whatever level you are now but its never too late to add a stat. you will ofc get less of a bonus but always remember that it only gives a bonus for base stat points and not from any items you maybe using at the time.
