I'm aware that will need some forum gold for items and will get some pretty soon. Don't know how much do i need to start playing/killing decently but will mostly use 25-50$ to get forum gold and then use for items. Have to wait 1-2weeks max until getting whole sallary and then can really enjoy playing the game.

not much to see on my chars as most of my gear is in my vault.
i have to make one suggestion.

go for ee leather / scale armors
strength charms.
and use clubs with EE if u wanna play a barb. those are the cheapest weapons arround.
ofc wen u pass u need diff weapons for samurai as it cannot hold clubs.

another note.
since u are entirely new to the game i suggest u start on softcore until u have a understanding of the game.

Any difference between club and axe weapons except the price? Worth to pay a bit more for axes for the advantage of using them on further classes? Or maybe sword is the best to get because can be used on many chars?
Going back to level 20 and repeating the rollback for few times, can raise weapon skill that way and also get right drops for skilling.

i would suggest as first Weapon Swords // ee armor // str charms

Swords you can use for the first 3 Classes ( but more expensive then axe/clubs ), and when you reach the monk you just can play another char and repeat ( so something like rick http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?c=3&i=257923 )


/E: also i think its worth it for a new player, because you can wear it for the longest time, and for the low budget ( like low or no ee ), someone said swords deals the most dmg, due to the higher crit <-- would be great when some1 can confirm

How much enhanced effect should i search for each item? I mean would 70/80 or 100 EE enough for an item or should i aim for more? Should i get the starting level items or buy the higher level items first? Don't know how to balance the damage with defense and have to take care not to spend all forum gold and miss weapons or armors. For example i have some fg now and not sure if should buy tier III items or buy higher tiers since i can play with the ones i have until buying few thousands forum gold.

Now after bought tier III items i kill with 1-2hits and it is way faster to level up.
Still don't get why i am not selling even one item from marketplace? I use the minimum price and sell arcanes (6) up but no sells yet.
As for skill when i use mystical or angelical essence with rare or magical item do i receive exp from essence or item type?
And have i bought the right items? Didn't found cheaper sword and had to go with axe, but for sure will get some with good damage from market in future.
