Sorry but i heard all the time it was ~20ee per tier.

There is no exact drop in EE per tier. The calculator for it was lost with the SC best in game list, but if you use it with certain weapons and compare you will find the % differs for several weapons types. Still there is no 100% way to calculate it without Paul telling someone the exact details that she shys from doing. I do know that heavy weapons are calculated differently per tier.
