By practise.
When word appear, press correct button ONCE, and wait for next word to appear, and then press correct button again once.
If you keep pressing too fast (or slow), you will fail.

What i tried to say, is that you cant spam buttons, because if word "transmute" appears, you must press "transmute button", if you press different button, it counts as fail.
Just think it as turn based, word appears, you press button.
Then wait for next word to appear, and you press button again.
Some people click rapid bursts, so when word appears, example "purge", click purge button few times, and when you see lower red bar move a bit, stop.

If you search youtube with "ladderlasher glyphing", you should see videos.
They are old graphics, but still idea is same.

heres a tutorial !

now its just down to just simple timing my clicks !

the bar does increase sometimes, but i think i might be lagging !

i still have not crafted properly...ever !
