High EE weapons,

High EE armors like scale or chain,

Dex or Str charms.

For solo, I would stat up to ~120 Dex (with equipment) in any case.

For cata, I guess 85-100 Dex is enough when using a dagger. When using swords, I'd stat 120 Dex for Cata also.

Then rest goes to strength.

+str and +dex armors are nice too, but without EE you can't tank and both combined is very expensive.

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm a new player too.

...so, when you have a good dex charm, it maybe better to put all the points in str, even when u use a sword.
