No you don't.

Consistency can work against you.

Lighting or Wind could allow you to do Wells that you couldn't do compared to Ice.

They are all the same in any category.

I have used lighting to well and never had any problems.

The key to welling is your heal charm rather then your dmg charm.

Do more then 6 MQs and actually have a weller before you start giving out misguided info.

It is preference as first stated in this thread.

It's not that you "need" the consistency but charms like ice and earth are nice because you know if you'll win or not within the first couple casts. I do agree though that your success rate is more closely tied to the effectiveness of your heal charm rather than your attack charm.

Which makes it preference.

I mean I use a Ice as an MQ charm, but that is only because it is the only avaiable 200ee charm on HC.

I would take a lighting over it anyday.

I have never lost a well because I couldn't do enough dmg.

I have always lost it because I couldn't heal enough.

it just all depends on ur intel i mean right now i do 1k-1.1k dmg every hit

it just really depends on ur intel also if u want consistant dmg
