Although none of those 5 charms are the BEST charm for a mage, the best charm for a mage is any healing charm.

If it's a toss up between the two and you're on a limited budget I would highly recommend Earth, because it's way less expensive and almost as effective as Ice

Neither is true. Int does not make you hit at your high end more often and you do not hit more high then lows (considering just straight odds, of course you can case by case...just like you can hit more on the low end).

Lance had it right when he said the one with the highest ee. Each has its advantages: With consistent ones you can tell almost right away whether you will be successful ones, with large range ones you have the possibility to kill wells you couldn't with a Ice, but also could lose ones you would normally win.

light is the best for sure... peeps say its too random but with high stats at the end u always hit max
so 2x better than all others
