If you well a level 45 item at lvl 54 (well monster: lvl 55), it's easier than on a lvl 65 char.
Wellboss cap is 74 I believe as well.
It seems well monsters use items of their own level, with insane high dex/str/int/vita.
if everything i use is lvl 55 ... and to kill a godly well boss ill need godly gear. so lets say my charms all have 200ee my armor has 70int and 70% heal mastery, my dagger has 70 int and 70 heal mastery and im lvl 85
the well boss is lvl 74 but his gear is lvl 85? does this mean the mods on them have a better chance of being very high? or is it just as random as muting/welling/killing at any other lvl?
