um my melee build on sammy 7 mins per lvl and all his stats are added to int so i would hazzard a Safmy can go faster
it drops to 9 mins late sixties but i have improved the balanc since then and have high hopes
10-14 min lvls occur lvl 69-71
edit sry should of looked closer:
50-55 my balance slipped (it is a tenous thing to create a bit like a lifesteal build: the balance of the char is on a knife's edge) and lvls were 10-14. i can check that easily i have some screenies somewhere because i thought the info was rly interesting for people curious about relative stat performance at various tiers of the game.
55-60 he is like lightning and it's 7 mins per no worries
i have a much better charm now it should be better.
casting is much faster earlier on at least in my experiance, i have never managed to built a charecter which can compare using melee weps.
