How do the charms work?
Still having troubles understanding :/
There are three option when you find items:
1. Trash Them
2. Keep them to Sell
3. Keep them to Mute (Transmute two of the same type of items)
4. Keep them to Well (You can only well non magical items)
5. Keep them to Mule (Save for later use - Hence therefore transferring them to another character)
6. Keep them to Upgrade to Glyphs (Glyphs are new and you can learn about them in another thread)

Damage charms and healing charms
Damage charms comes in different elements such as: Fire/Lightning/Ice/Earth
These elemental damage charms vary in damage (Min/Max Damage)
Healing Charms are the other type and is usually worn in the accessory charm slot below your main charm slot which right above it
Most magic users use charms for damage while melee users use charms for stats such as str/dex/vita and life leech
