You mean, try to stick your dex around 80+ - thats really hard, how i can d this when i got 25dex +new charm (29) - i never will get 80 dex or should i buy a armor with dex?

when u have the fg, it doesnt hurt to put a few dex in the mid 30s? mmm most of my melee build are 1-30=str then that enough to take me from 31-55 all dex there nearly 20 points there then back to str, so there ur 80+ dex but i cant compare this to any other people so even at least 60 dex would help a bit but ur str will need to be the advantage

Status points at the beginning for a barb: 60 strength, 25 dexterity, 5 intelligence, 60 vitality.

so if i put 5str/5vit it = 65str/25dex/5int/60vit (sometimes i do 5dex/5vit)

from lvl 1-31 i put str only = 95str/25dex/5int/60vit

from lvl 32-56 i put dex only = 95str/50dex/5int/60vit

and from further on just add str, this is with no gears btw , and this is my build for hc barb yet i dont see y it dont work for sc melee chars, is this confusing?, if it is then i wont explain to others about my build yet w/e works for u then go for it

mm answering ur question, no need to waste fg on buying a dex armor, just remember the more str u have the more dmg, as u see ur axe @ lvl 35 does nearly 300dmg, try upgrading to a lvl 55 weapon with a little ee doesnt have to be and compare it, ur gears are great like i said but just need an upgrade on the armor
