Just play it as any othre melee char.

High ee weapon, EE armor or stat armor, high dex or str charm.

Unless you're planning to make a hybrid/caster, it should be pretty easy to figure out.

Where you place your stats won't make any difference if you don't purchase/find any reasonable items. Seeing as you have no items above tier I on your account; I imagine you'd be better off learning a few basics about the game before worrying how to stat a character class beyond the feeder level.
