could ne one help me decide wut to do using ee swords and ee plate mail is it better to use most str or dex?

It really depends, i love my pally str and dex build because i love to crit high dmg, but being a tanker is good too, tends to cost more fg though to make a good one. all you though

so wut is best str or dex? and i see str just adds to weap high end but dex seems to give mass crit should i go 90str and rest dex?

80-110 dex is fine. If ur going for solo u might wanna put points into intell. For cata pally do 80-110 dex with mq gear on then rest str

Try to keep a decent balance with your stats. Dext generally ranges from 80-120 depending on your gear and whether you play arena or catacombs. If you are going to stat int at all, you'll want to do it with your first points since it adds mana per lvl (similar to how vit works with life). For strength, you'll want as much as you can get while keeping the other stats at reasonable levels.

Also, EE on a charm doesn't add to your weapons damage. You should buy some stat charms.

Heal charms may still be used for melee characters though. (mostly if you stat int for more of a hybrid build)
