wanna know what you guys think...

my buddy rolled a slayer, i got on my warrior priest...at lvl 4 he was top dmg i was top 3 heals ...beating rank 8-11's by 2-5k dmg each time. new classes are gonna get hit with the bat soon imo...

they wont get hit with the bat... Why? as it stands now slayers and choppas get eaten alive by ranged, Casters. They would get buffed more than likely. But who knows?

I really hate it when new classes are implemented.
90% of the players try them and it unbalance the teams in RVR.
Their not better than any other class IMO.
Only depend of the player/gear/team balance.

i'm a lvl 21 magus atm on destruction...slayers kill me with no more then 1 of them on me even if they're lvl 12-16 it's like they're dishing out the damage of a lvl 21 that is actually geared it...OP but it is a new class and there will be changes made but if you don't think the melee dps they're running at now is OP then... = \

my Friends choppa is 40, they got a huge nerf from the test server to live

my experience so far has only been tier one and two, but even so i disagree...once they get to their target...it just dies if its ranged/caster. shit, even if they are gettin pounded on hard, all it takes is a couple small heals to get em to the casters, and when that happens, its game over...

The first 40 choppa in the world spawned on IR, have gone against it in quite a few scenarios, so far, I'm unimpressed. The burst damage is decent and the AOE can be devastating, but if you kite them off to the side it kind of nullifies their purpose of doing high amounts of AOE Melee DPS. I've also noticed that they get absolutely RAPED by AOE spec'd BW's. I basically just kite the choppas into the nearest RoF spam and they fall down in like 5 seconds. With the new resist changes and their resists getting murdered the higher their rage is, its a pretty obsolete MDPS class to run in groups. I mean if you are getting hit by PoS/RoF for 1300+ with 40% resists, you can expect to get hit for 2kish or so with the 20% they have in full rage mode. So unless they have good pocket healers (and by good I mean sacrificing the rest of the group) there is no point to play a Choppa.

Just my opinion though.

well depends if you are running premades tongue.gif our setup is 1 chosen, 1 shamy/dok , me ( zealot ) , 1 choppa and 2 x sorc beats almost everything ;D
