Is this game worth a try? I am getting a new computer in a week which will be the best I can assemble. I have played for a long time and continue to play Daoc and love the pvp. Will this game just waste my time? I have heard it is amazing pvp and active, then 2 minutes later I hear there are way to many servers so there arnt many people.

I haven't played daoc, but everyone one who I talked to that played daoc is disspointed in WAR.

I played Daoc for about 7 years before I played war. I think the game is good, and with a little more love, it'll be great. Many people forgot that daoc started much the same one, but it'll take some time to work out the balancing and bug fixing. As far as population...I play on Iron Rock and the realm balance/action seems pretty good there when I play. Mornings can be a little slow from what I hear, but I know at night the action is great.
