pheonix throne: order dominated and more coming, so i would rather play balanced server
Dark crag: destruction dominated (mostly), and the queues are kinda long for scenarios.

im just looking for a decently balanced server, with short queues, and with more people i can play with

if you are looking for US server, Roll on Badlands. if you are EU, then I cant help you.

For EU server i suggest you RP Core server: Burlok - if you like role playing in mmo

i guess its pretty balanced later on, even though now we are getting raped in every scenario which is exact opposite of what it usually is.

you get fast scenarios and always tier pvp on. Fun and balanced
