no, but if you want to go the cheapest way as possible you can buy a key (from trusted shops) on eeebay for around 10€ or even less (sent via email)
i prefer a DvD tho so i bought it for 30€ and dont have to download the client wich is 8GB or even more (client is downloadable on warhammer website ofc)

both ways 30 day free play tho, but trust me its a nice game
